Parnell Palme McGuinness

Parnell is one of Australia's most experienced insights and campaign strategists. She has led international award-winning campaigns for a range of clients, banking outcomes that benefit thousands of businesses and millions of consumers. She has also helped government communicate policy to gain widespread public acceptance.

She founded Thought Broker and co-founded Agenda C. She has advised companies, industry bodies and peak associations for more than fifteen years.

Parnell is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Independent Studies and writes a weekly column for The Sun-Herald and The Sunday Age. She has written for The Australian Financial Review and served as a non-executive director.

Jen Fleming

Jen has worked in media and public affairs for more than a decade, across government, not-for-profits and consultancy.

She spent six years as a media and communications adviser in the Australian Government. She then led media for the veterans' organisation Mates4Mates, and media and communications for the disability services provider CPL.

Through her own consultancy she has advised government departments, not-for-profits and agencies. She is a former director of QENDO and the national spokeswoman for Childcare Choice.

Will Dempsey

Will has fifteen years of experience across politics, media and public affairs. He co-founded Australians for Prosperity, which helped defeat the tax on unrealised gains and campaigned in key seats at the 2025 election.

He has run state and federal election campaigns, held senior campaign and media roles at party headquarters, and was Senior Media Adviser to the NSW Minister for Metropolitan Roads.

He has advised on competitive bids and tenders at CT Group, and started his career at Nielsen Sports and the Nine Network. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Communications and Media.
